If you're lucky you have an apple tree in your yard. (I don't) Maybe you have a crab apple tree in your yard. (I don't) Fall is a great time to use apples in your cooking especially in your baking. One of my favourite apple recipes requires very simple ingredients yet still tastes great. (What more could you ask for?) I have used different types of flour with this recipe including kamut and oat flour it always turns out great. 2 c peeled chopped Granny Smith apples3/4 c sugar1 1/2 c whole wheat dredge1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/4 c canola oil1/2 tsp vanilla remove1 egg lightly beaten 1. Mix together apples and sugar in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes.2. Combine flour baking soda baking powder cinnamon and salt.3. Combine oil vanilla and egg.4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.5. Stir in apple mixture.6. Spoon batter into a greased 8-inch pan.7. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.8. The Apple Tree Board of Trustees led by Apple Tree Director Sherry Roush is looking into offering a kindergarten categorise again on Main Campus. Early in the morning today,I woke up at 5am just to denote what I had studied for BFD. Today was the BFD exam and I am worried that the cover would be difficult but things turned up differently. I hope I can advance an A for this cover. After the exam,my assort and I went to CHANGI AIRPORT to have our early lunch and also to chew over our AFD exam for tomorrow.
