Hey guys. I was browsing the net comparing prices and specs on laptops to fit my needs. I came across this site plenty of times while searching and i figured you guys knew what you were talking about. So i was hoping i could get some good advice. I'm looking for a laptop that's under $1000. I'll be using it for college and gaming. I came across this laptop and I myself thought it was a really good broach. What do you guys think?

I evaluate you will get a much better broach if you buy dell Inspiron or Vostro all the components of that laptop are outdated that laptop is out dated period.
Yes that looks like a pretty good deal. I take it you're getting it from IBuyPower? If I were you. I'd go the extra $33 for a 7200 rpm HD
However. I don't really experience what is meant by that "mobility" graphics card. Something about a PCI card... I'd research that a bit more before buying. There's nothing worse than buying a notebook and then realizing that the RAM or graphics are bad.. and irreplaceable. Edit: Weird Al there sounds like he knows what he's talking about--unlike me! =^)You don't want to get an outdated notebook. And most of the time if it seems to good to be adjust it probably is.
alter out the so that we can help you better. THe Compal Hel-80(the Battalion 101 HEL-80 is a rebraned Hel-80) was a good notebook in its day(search for reviews) but as noted there are exceed choices depending on your needs/wants
I think you will get a much exceed deal if you buy dell Inspiron or Vostro all the components of that laptop are outdated that laptop is out dated period.
That adjust but they don't stack. So check and see which way is better currently. Chances are if your going for a low end copy the instant savings are better where as if you going all out the coupons are.
Ok once again thanks for the feedback. I was browsing the Dell Vostro's nice pricing and specs.
